- Your sim needs to sleep in order to get back the fully loaded energy bar. This bar decreases over time, so you must have at least 10000 satisfaction points to stop this. You should complete aspirations and whims to get satisfaction points.
2. Then scroll down the list of the items in the rewards store and buy the Never Weary Reward for 10,000 points.
3. Now you will notice that the energy need bar will not decrease ever, so your sim won't need to sleep again.
