In this brief guide, you will get to know how to become a mermaid in sims 4.1. The first thing you will need to do is take your sim at the sea and click on the seawater to choose the 'Swim Here' option. Currently, your sim will get into the water as a human.

2. After that, get your sim out of the water and press the CTRL+Shift+C simultaneously on your keyboard to open the cheat box. A white box will appear at the top left corner.

3. Now type in "testingcheats true" and hit enter on your keyboard to enable cheats.

4. After that, type in the traits cheat which is "traits.equip_trait trait_OccultMermaid" and hit enter on your keyboard. Your Sim must be in the water when You enter the cheats. The mermaid form will appear in the water. Now if you click on your mermaid sim, you will get options related to a mermaid.
